This weekend the weather was perfect for the puppies first visit outdoors. Stella showed them how to dig, toured the yard, played with each other and visitors, and interacted with grandpa Baxter before finally crashing. Additionally, the puppies are starting to be introduced to different sounds, like the vacuum cleaner, cooking in the kitchen, lawnmowers, people and cars going by, etc.., and different scents, such as deer and rabbit to work their noses and minds. The pups had several visitors this week including older children and various ages of adults. They have always been very curious, cuddly and playful. We are really happy with their development thus far.
The pups are now 3 weeks old. Their eyes are open, they are mobile and exploring their world. It is fantastic to watch them develop and see their personalities emerge. Stella has been a great mother, but keeping a watchful eye on the puppies as they get better on their feet and explore their environment.
The third week has brought a lot of first: new collars for ID, deworming, bigger living area, first visitors and first solid meal.
Additionally, everyone had individual photos taken.
One of the girls (pink or red) will stay with us, but boys (Blue, Black Green, Orange) are still looking for their forever homes.
If you are interested or would like to know more, please feel free to call, SMS or email.
Our “A” puppies are now just over 1 week old. They have all nearly doubled their birth weights and Stella continues to be an excellent mother. This coming week should be full of firsts for the puppies as their eyes and ears start to open and they can better explore their world.
Father of the upcoming litter is the handsome, accomplished German male Jamiroquai vom Eisenstein “Jimmy.” Jimmy is not only talented, but has an absolutely excellent temperament, healthy and active (he turned 11 years old in May) and has produced some fantastic offspring. I have been following this male since I first met him as a Junior at the Klubsieger in Dortmund, Germany and have followed his career for the last decade. Since then he has excellent in shows and hunting under and above ground.
We are thankful that we have been able to use Jimmy for our kennel’s first litter. We are hoping for slightly smaller (approx 9 kg), mentally stable, structurally correct, active dogs with a good on/off switch.
If you are interested in a puppy, please feel free to contact us.
Our SEVCH Team-Freja Shaula (Exc, BPH, eyes without remarks (2020 & 2022)), has been mated. If all goes as planned, we expect puppies to be born the first week in August (week 31). Puppies will be red or wild boar in color and free from mutations in crd-PRA & OI (both parents homozygous normal) and all puppies will be wirehaired.
Once the pregnancy is confirmed we will post more details.
There may be a potential opportunity to be a co-owner. If interested, read our pinned post on co-ownership and send an email about yourself.

Our “Baxter” MultiCH Barbwired Better than the Rest, has had only 4 litters, but that has so far resulted in some very promising offspring.
In 2021, Baxter became a grandfather 3x over when his daughter from litter #1 “Hägerängens Voxie” gave birth to 5 lovely puppies. This was followed when our own “Stella” Team-Freja Shaula had 2 litters with her co-owners resulting in 4 pups (3,1) after Ch Ollmans Rolle and 6 (4,2) after Multi Ch Petit Surprise de Pemiko. Daughters Luna and Ariel are now living with breeder Carina Hofling and we hope to see great things from them in the future.
